1. Service Description

Weaking is a website analysis tool that audits publicly accessible websites for SEO, performance, security, and technical optimization. We provide automated reports with actionable recommendations to help you improve your online presence.

2. Free and Paid Tiers

Weaking offers both free and paid tiers of service:

• Free tier: basic website analysis with a limited number of checks per day.
• Paid tier: expanded analysis, detailed reports, priority processing, and additional features as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify the features included in each tier at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Weaking to scan internal networks, intranets, or any resources you do not have authorization to analyze.
• Abuse the service through automated bulk scanning, denial of service attempts, or any activity that degrades the experience for other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the operation of our systems.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid features are available through one-time purchases (e.g. Pro Audit) or recurring subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Growth). All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.

4.1 Free trial

Subscription plans may be started with a 21-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at checkout to start the trial, but no charge is made during the trial period. You can cancel at any time during those 21 days without any charge.

4.2 Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged on day 22 at the price you selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Subscriptions thereafter renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-applicable price for your plan. We will send you a reminder email before the end of your trial.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing us at contact@weaking.com. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial has ended, you retain access until the end of your current billing period and no further charges are made.

4.4 Early Adopter pricing

The first 100 subscribers to any paid plan lock in their subscription price for life, provided the subscription remains continuously active. The Early Adopter price is the price shown at the time of checkout. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current standard price applies instead.

4.5 Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Where applicable, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a paid service within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason, as set out in Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@weaking.com. Note that by starting to use the paid service during that 14-day period you may waive the right of withdrawal for any portion of the service already provided.

5. Refund Policy

For one-time purchases (such as Pro Audit), you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date by contacting us at contact@weaking.com. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period; partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not offered.

6. Data Handling

We collect and process data necessary to provide our service, including the URLs you submit for analysis and account information. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Weaking provides analysis reports on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. Weaking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Weaking after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
