Weaking is a website analysis tool that audits publicly accessible websites for SEO, performance, security, and technical optimization. We provide automated reports with actionable recommendations to help you improve your online presence.

2. Free and Paid Tiers

Weaking offers both free and paid tiers of service:

• Free tier: basic website analysis with a limited number of checks per day.
• Paid tier: expanded analysis, detailed reports, priority processing, and additional features as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify the features included in each tier at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Weaking to scan internal networks, intranets, or any resources you do not have authorization to analyze.
• Abuse the service through automated bulk scanning, denial of service attempts, or any activity that degrades the experience for other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the operation of our systems.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid features are available through one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a paid purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date by contacting us at hello@weaking.com. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Weaking provides analysis reports on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. Weaking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
